National Foundation for Women Legislators Announce Bill of Rights Essay Contest

Senator Sue Rezin (R- Peru) is pleased to share the announcement that the National Foundation for Women Legislators is launching its 17th Annual NFWL/NRA Bill of Rights Essay Scholarship Contest!

Each year, NFWL and the NRA join forces to award six female high school seniors $3,000 college scholarships and an all-expense-paid trip to NFWL’s Annual Conference. The Conference will take place November 19-22 at The Ritz-Carlton in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Sen. Rezin encourages female high schools seniors in the 32nd Senate District to apply for this incredible scholarship opportunity. Each applicant must be sponsored by a legislator, and if selected must be accompanied to the NFWL’s Annual Conference by her sponsor. Travel scholarships for legislators are available.
