Rezin sworn in as State Senator of 38th Senate District for 100th General Assembly

State Sen. Sue Rezin (R-Peru) is sworn into office Jan. 11 inside the Senate chamber of the Illinois capitol. Rezin was one of dozens of Senators who were sworn into office as part of the inauguration of the 100th Illinois General Assembly.

“I want to thank my constituents for giving me the opportunity to serve them in Springfield,” Rezin said. “This is the greatest job, and I am truly humbled to represent them. I look forward to continue being the voice for the 38th Senate District in the state legislature. We have a lot to accomplish as a state, but working together, I believe Illinois can move forward and become an even better place to work, live, and raise a family.”
