The Department of Natural Resources has requested the testing for the position Conservation Police Officer Trainee to be opened.

This position requires an automated multiple-choice examination that will be administered throughout the weeks of Monday, May 5 – Thursday, May 8, 2014.

Important:  P.A. 97-0948 (effective 8/13/2012) amends the qualification requirements for the Conservation Police Officer position and provides that any United States military, Regular, National Guard or Reserve member who has been honorably discharged and who has been awarded the Southwest Asia Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Kosovo Campaign Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, or Iraq Campaign Medal are deemed to have met the collegiate educational requirements for a sworn law enforcement position or position that has arrest authority. If you believe that you qualify under these provisions, you must bring a certified copy, long version, page 4 of your DD-214 or NGB-22 with you to the assessment center when you come to test!
